Salsa de Huevo

Ingredients
7 eggs
6 tomatoes
3 chiles serranos
2 small garlics
1/3 onion
Salt and Pepper
Optional: Top off with queso fresco
Directions
On a comal, char the tomatoes, chiles serranos, garlics, and piece of onion
Add the ingredients from step 1 into the blender and add some salt and ¼ cup of water.
Crack the eggs in a bowl and add salt and pepper. Whisk the eggs with a fork
In a pan with oil, saute a few thin slices of onion and then add the eggs.
Once eggs are done, add the sauce from your blender and let it come to a boil.
Optional: Top off with some queso fresco
